How to Return JAS Products

 

When you are ready to return a JAS unit, just follow these simple steps:

Step 1. Contact JAS at 1-800-879-0117 ext 337. This will let JAS know (a) that you are returning the device, (b) to stop the billing as appropriate and (c) to provide you with a reference number. This reference number is needed for the FedEx return label that was supplied with the device.

Step 2. Pack the device. Put the device in the original shipping box, seal and affix the packing label with the reference number from Step 1.

Step 3. Arrange for pickup with FedEx. Contact FedEx (1-888-777-6040) to arrange pick up of the unit from wherever it is most convenient for you. (Spanish instructions for FedEx may be obtained by calling 866-477-7533.)
